🐾 LUCY LOVES MEETING NEW PEOPLE ON HER JOURNEYS! 🐾

Our little WTS passenger Lucy is always making new friends wherever she goes!

On one of her recent journeys, she was lucky enough to meet Dean from Deano’s Grub Shack. 🌭🍔

As you can see, Lucy was very happy with her visit!

Although… she’s already made her demands very clear…

Next time, she wants BACON! 🥓🤣

She might be the home/office dog, but she definitely knows how to work the customers for a snack! 😅

🚨 THIS ONE WAS A CHALLENGE… BUT NOT FOR WORCESTER TRANSPORT SERVICES! 🚨

This one ticked all the boxes…

🔒 Locked in Park
🔒 Steering locked
🔒 Electric handbrake applied
🧱 Parked tight against a wall

This one needed everything we had — but with the right equipment, experience and a little bit of patience, we got the job done safely and professionally. 💪

We temporarily closed the road as it was on a difficult junction to allow us to recover the vehicle safely and with minimal disruption, before using our special AMS Recovery skates to carefully recover the vehicle from the customer’s driveway.

From there, it was safely transported to Sytner Worcester for repairs. 🚛

We love a challenge, and this one definitely provided one! 😎

Whether your vehicle is locked in park, has a locked steering system, electric handbrake or is completely immobilised, Worcester Transport Services has the equipment and experience to help.

👋 ABOUT ME

I’ve never really put my face to the name, so I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly.

I’m Dale — the face behind Worcester Transport Services.

After 13 years working in the motor trade, I reached a point where I wanted more from life. In January 2024, I took the biggest step I’d made and left my job to build something of my own — something I could be proud of and, ultimately, something more fulfilling.

With a lifelong passion for cars, a love of driving and years of relationships and experience within the motor trade, vehicle recovery just seemed like the natural direction to take.

So, Worcester Transport Services was born.

And I honestly haven’t looked back.

It hasn’t always been easy. Like any business, there are long days, long nights, stressful weeks and plenty of challenges along the way. But every time the phone rings and someone needs our help, it reminds me exactly why I started.

Every job is different. Every vehicle brings its own challenge, and every job teaches me something new.

Whether it’s a simple vehicle collection, a breakdown in the middle of the night, a vehicle that’s completely immobilised or a job that requires a little more thought and equipment — I always make it my mission to get the job done properly, professionally and with as little hassle for the customer as possible.

I’m incredibly proud of how far the business has come in such a short space of time, and even more proud of the reputation we’re building along the way.

There’s still a long way to go, plenty more to learn and plenty more goals I want to achieve.

But this is only the beginning. 🚛

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, recommended us, used us, worked with us or simply shared one of our posts.

It genuinely means a lot. 🫶

BMW i3 RECOVERY — WHEN THE PARKING BRAKE WON’T RELEASE!

Another challenging recovery recently completed by Worcester Transport Services.

This BMW i3 had been left unused for an extended period, resulting in the vehicle becoming immobilised with the electric parking brake unable to be released, making recovery particularly difficult.

Thankfully, this is exactly the type of job our AMS Recovery Skates are designed to handle. 🛠️

We loved the opportunity to put our equipment to work and safely recover a vehicle where others couldn’t assist.

🚨 Vehicle locked in PARK?
🔋 Battery/power completely drained?
🅿️ Electric handbrake won’t release?
❌ Vehicle won’t roll?

Give Worcester Transport Services a call.

We specialise in those awkward, non-running non rolling recoveries where the usual methods simply won’t work. 👌
