Please can clients familiarise yourself with The Beauty Shed booking policies. I hate that I have to have the need for policies but it not only protects my small business, my time and other clients time, but it makes it fair for everyone.

Moving forward there will be no exceptions for late rescheduling or cancellations, this applies to anything after 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you’re unsure if you’ll be unable to make the appointment please cancel and contact me closer to the date, if it’s still available I’ll be happy to book you in.

Also the lateness policy has been updated. There will now be a £5 fee added to appointments if you attend more than 10 mins late, obviously this will only be applicable if your treatment can still be accommodated and not rescheduled (when a new booking fee will be required)

I think this is my new favourite n**e builder gel
