She Aligns Therapies

Cooler days call for a warming massage with lava shells.

Warm shells and organic oils are massaged into the back.

The shells warms and soothe muscles - easing tension away in the most relaxing way possible!

45 minutes dedicated to you 🐚

Thankyou 💜 to everyone who takes the time to leave a review & recommend me to their loved ones.
Can’t wait to be back in action!

If you’re a happy client and would like to leave a review please do so on google - thankyou.

UPDATE ON BOOKINGS.

At present I have had to close bookings while I take the time to recover from surgery.

If you wish to join the priority list for an appointment for when I return please message me.

All those bookings who were cancelled will be prioritised first.

At present I’m not sure when this will be, once I have had the go ahead from professionals & I am physically able to, I will contact those on priority list first.

Thankyou everyone for kind messages during this time 💜

Looking forward and determined to get back to normality.

Back to where it all started - I visited Neals Yard in London! I am proud to be a Therapist & Consultant of Neals Yard Remedies!

They hold the same values as my own with regards to animal testing, ethical & organic methods and a bonus it’s British!

All of my treatments use a blend of Neals Yard Remedies - from the smell as you enter the room, the foot soak to the products being used directly on you.

See our treatment menu for what we offer or follow link in bio to book.

Now recognised as an official full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I am to raise the standards of the industry through recognised qualifications, training and expertise.

I have obtained this status through years of education and experience so it’s an honour to share this status with you!

This also means if you pay for private healthcare you may be able to claim your treatments costs back (Paycare cover reflexology treatments).
