✨ A little update about your appointments ✨

I just wanted to let you all know about a small change I’m making to my booking system.

I’ve made the decision to move away from Fresha and switch over to Square Appointments. The fees I’ve been paying to Fresha have become ridiculous — just over the past few months alone, I’ve been charged £400+ in fees 😳 and I just can’t justify continuing with that!

I’ve transferred all of the essential contact information over to the new system, so hopefully the changeover should be nice and straightforward.

Going forward, you’ll still be able to book your appointments online, view your appointments and manage them yourself if that’s what you prefer.

If you’d rather I book your appointments for you, that’s absolutely fine too! Just send me a WhatsApp message and I’ll happily sort it for you. ❤️

If you already have an appointment booked in, please don’t worry — I’ll transfer everything over to the new Square system for you, including any deposits you’ve already paid, so you won’t lose anything.

And if you have any problems or get stuck using the new system, just give me a message and I’ll help you.
