Just a little update from Beauty & the Gee ✨

Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and appointment changes, I've had to introduce a **15% non-refundable booking fee** to secure all appointments (bridal make-up is a separate policy). Unfortunately, these last-minute changes have a huge impact on my small business and income, so I hope you can understand why this has become necessary. 💕

Your 15% booking fee will, of course, be deducted from your treatment total on the day of your appointment.

I kindly ask for at least **48 hours' notice** if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48 hours will result in the loss of your booking fee and another deposit to attain a new appointment.

By booking an appointment, you're confirming that you've read and agreed to the salon policies listed on my booking site, including the booking fee and cancellation terms.
