Recently we’ve seen an increase in missed appointments and last-minute cancellations, and we’d like to kindly remind everyone how much this affects our small business.

Every appointment is reserved especially for you. When someone doesn’t turn up or cancels at the last minute, it’s not just an empty chair—it means we’ve lost valuable income, our stylists lose earnings, and another client has missed the opportunity to book that appointment.

We send appointment text reminders to every client, so we’re confident everyone has plenty of notice. If you receive a reminder and can’t make your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible. A quick phone call or message gives us the chance to offer your appointment to someone else.

We completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, and we’ll always be as understanding as we can. However, simply not turning up without letting us know is extremely disappointing and has a real financial impact on our business.

We value every single one of our clients and appreciate those who respect our time just as we respect yours. We hope everyone understands why we take missed appointments so seriously.
