1. Pre numbing
Absolute no from me, wipe the skin once and it wears off, it hardens the skin which throws your needle depth off. Correct technique and you WONT need any pre numb

2. Reccomend top ups
This goes for 6-10 week top ups and annuals, if your skin is not ready to be tattooed again and cannot hold anymore pigment than it already has, I will NOT do a touch up

3. Discounts
