Wellness Rituals Workshop was such a lovely experience. Cosy, intimate where everyone was able to escape the world for a few hours and take time out.
We did a mini facial where I guided acupressure massage, lymphatic drainage and face lifting techniques.
We joined together in breathwork, guided energy healing and the Healing Touch®️ chakra connection self technique.
The hours just flew by so I think I will make the next one even longer!
As we were deep into meditation these photos at the end are the only ones that were taken!
It just didn’t feel right to be snapping away in the precious sacred time. Phones were out of the room so we could be liberated from devices!

Congratulations to Amy for completing her practical in brow shaping and tinting.
After completing an online course she contacted me as she didn’t feel confident in starting clients.
After a session where I got her in action with a real client and explained how to break down the eyebrows into sections she lit up and transformed from someone who was so nervous into feeling confident.

Trauma can leave a deep imprint on the body, and for some clients, feeling safe during treatment requires an additional layer of protection.
We can be warm, kind and caring therapists — but ultimately, it’s not about us. It’s about recognising what each individual client needs in order to feel safe, respected and in control.
Identifying and understanding trauma is a crucial part of our work as therapists, which is why I’ve undertaken advanced training in full-body massage with complete covering and no skin-to-skin contact.
This approach allows therapeutic touch to be offered while maintaining clear physical boundaries, providing an alternative for clients who may find traditional massage difficult or overwhelming.
Because good therapy isn’t simply about technique. It’s about listening, adapting and creating a space where the client’s comfort, choice and sense of safety come first.
