I’m Jessie — the founder and aesthetic artist behind Fixing Touch.🤍

I started Fixing Touch 6 years ago, and since then the business has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. What began as a passion has developed into a career I genuinely love, with over 700 clients trusting me with their faces along the way.

Over the years, I’ve developed particular recognition for tear trough correction, alongside lips and full-face balancing treatments.

Every treatment starts with understanding my client - their concerns, their goals and what will genuinely suit them. From there, my approach is centred on considered, individual treatment planning. I aim to achieve natural, balanced and refined results that complement the face as a whole, while making sure each client feels comfortable, listened to and confident in their treatment plan.

Six years on, Fixing Touch continues to evolve. The clinic is growing, new treatments are being introduced, and I’ll also be sharing more of the work that goes on behind the scenes.

This treatment focused on softening the appearance of jowls and restoring definition through the jawline, without making the result look heavy or overdone.

As we age, changes in volume, skin laxity and facial structure can make the jawline appear less defined. Carefully placed dermal filler can help to camouflage these changes, support the lower face and create a smoother, more balanced profile.

When it comes to creating a naturally defined jawline, chin projection can often have a bigger impact than adding filler directly into the jaw.

Adding filler to the jaw itself can sometimes create a heavier, wider or more boxy appearance, which may look more masculine than intended. By enhancing the chin’s projection, we can improve the overall balance of the lower face and create the illusion of a sharper, more defined jawline — without unnecessarily adding width.
