I’m Sophie, the youngest member of the Urban Coiffeur team a little bit loud, always up for a laugh, and absolutely loving building my career in hair. ✂️🤍
I love making clients feel comfortable in my chair, learning from the amazing stylists around me and getting better every single day.

How has it been a whole year already?! 🤍
Our funny, slightly loud 😂 Sophie has officially been part of the Urban Coiffeur team for a year!
She brings so much personality to the salon, keeps us all entertained and is an absolute natural with our clients she can talk to anyone and makes people feel so comfortable in her chair
We’ve loved watching you grow over the last year Soph, and we can’t wait to see what your second year brings.

I’ve recently joined the team at Urban Coiffeur and thought it was probably about time I actually started showing my work on here!
I love all things hair, especially blondes, bleach work and short hair ✂️
I’m also getting stuck into Grey Blending which I’m loving
I’m looking forward to sharing more of my work, my clients and what I get up to in the salon.

Today is Kadee’s last day at Urban Coiffeur 🥹♥️
We’re definitely going to miss having her as part of our team, especially her sense of humour and all the laughs she brings to the salon 😂 There’s never a dull moment when Kadee is around!

Celebrating 4 years of Emily 🤍
Four years ago Emily joined Urban Coiffeur and what a journey it has been
From day one she has shown an incredible work ethic and determination to keep learning and growing Over the last four years she’s become one of the fastest stylists in the salon all whilst maintaining the high standards and care our clients know and love
Her dedication and talent earned her a well deserved promotion to Senior Stylist something she should be incredibly proud of
But it’s not just the stylist she’s become She’s kind caring dependable and a huge part of our salon family She always goes above and beyond for her clients and her team and we’re so grateful to have her with us
Now she’s about to start the most exciting chapter of all becoming a mum 🍼🤍
Emily we’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved over the last four years and we can’t wait to watch you embrace motherhood before welcoming you back to the salon

30 years of black box dye…
She sat in Laura’s chair for her consultation.
Laura asked her one simple question…
“Have you ever thought about going lighter?”
She smiled and said,
“I’d love to… I just never thought it would ever be possible.”
After 30 years of black box dye, she believed she had no choice but to keep colouring it forever.
So we made a plan.
Not a quick fix.
A 12 month grey blending journey that gradually took her from years of black box dye to embracing her natural white hair.
Today…
She no longer needs bleach.
She comes in for a toner to keep her white bright and fresh.
The best part wasn’t even the colour.
She told us,
“It’s just so easy.”
No more roots appearing a week later.
No more root spray getting everywhere.
No more feeling tied to colouring her hair every few weeks.
Just beautiful hair that works with her lifestyle.
