The trip over to unit 7 show last night saw ruedy competing in a skills bout with the home boy. Cagey affair for the first round 2nd round saw young ruedy find his rhythm , landing some lovely timed shots putting on a fine display of boxing both lads were outstanding, both boys being signed off as to good for skills bouts. Next up seen young Alfie in his first scoring bout he’s worked so hard in the gym and certainly showed last night, he faced a very slick southpaw from daggers, both boys showing there class, it turned out to be a battle of the rear hand as Alfie started to find his range in the second.. Alfie takes his first win of the season.. well done boys and big thanks to the parents and coaches for there dedication.🥊.
