Did you know that Guided Meditations are part of my Helpmeorganics wellbeing collection?
I' ve created eight meditations inspired by the body's organs and their associated emotions, as well as guided meditations to accompany the Sleep Better and Find Your. Calm Ritual Kits
And the Solquinox seasonal letterboxes each include a meditation to accompany the changing seasons, from the Equinoxes to the Solstices.
For me, aromatherapy and wellbeing are about more than the products themselves. It's about creating little moments in our day when we can slow down, breathe and reconnect with ourselves.
Thats why I love bringing these things together
Because sonetimes the kindest thing we can do for ourselves is simply pause 🌱

Theres something about October ....
The evenings are getting darker, the air feels a little crisper, and I'm starting to light the candles earlier.
But I still love to begin my morning sat, with a cup of tea, in my garden. My best thinking is done there, the quiet helps to focus my thoughts on the day ahead.
I actually love this time of year.
It feels like Mother Nature is reminding us that slowing down is part of the rhythm of life.
Perhaps we can take a little notice of that too,
A warm drink
A favourite candle
A few quiet moments at the beginning or end of the day, or both.
Nothing complicated, just little moments to enjoy.
Are you an Autumn lover, or are you still holding onto Summer? I love all the seasons but the way the morning dew sits on spiders webs is special, and the sunsets are glorious too.

Sometimes the simplest idea is the one that stays with you.
I created the Sleep Better Ritual Kit because I wanted bedtime to feel like more than simply falling into bed at the end of a busy day.
I wanted to create something that encourages you to slow down, switch off and make a little time for yourself.

Thats why I love creating little bedtime rituals
My Sleep Better Balm is one of my favourites
A little on the wrists or wherever you like, take a few slow breaths, put the phone in sleep mode and give yourself permission to actually finish the day.
It isn't about making bedtime another thing to achieve, its about creating a little signal to yourself "the day is done, I can switch off now"
And honestly, we could all do with abit more of that.
