I don't usually work Sundays but today has been a busy one! Work split between Tarporley and Winsford and I'm ready to reward myself after a very busy week with a film and some rosé!

Today I've treated all types of people:

- Horse rider / office worker
- Office worker / busy dad
- Farmer
- Gym goer fitness fanatic/ roofer
- Footballer / Police officer

All have been treated for muscles soreness, tightness and tension, and maintenance for prevention of injury.

Lots of happy clients today before a lovely week off next week 🙌🏼

Availability is very limited first two weeks of October, spaces are looking better mid to end of October.

A busy day for me today, massage clients at the Tarporley clinic, then a client at Winsford, then I'll be going to watch my nephew in his first proper official crown green bowls match for his new team!

I'm a little excited for this. He had a friendly a few weeks ago and loved it, now it's for the bigger stage 😃 He really enjoys it and especially because grandad takes him.

A personalised 4-week training plan with a monthly review and update. Designed for riders who want structured training around a specific goal.

My approach is built around training, physiology, performance and nutrition, with the aim of making your training purposeful rather than simply giving you more to do.

Whether you’re preparing for your first big event, looking to improve your racing, chasing a power PB or simply want to get more from the hours you have available, I can help.

A really great time with Team Storck-MRW Bau supporting them as soigneur in the massage room and out on the roads during the race.

Busy, challenging and thoroughly enjoyable, exactly what race support is all about!

Congratulations to all the riders for racing hard, and thanks to the staff and riders for being so welcoming.

I got a last minute call up to work at The Tour Of Britain men's this week, but with alot of challenges in the way with work, hospital appointment for my ankle, and a wedding to attend to it meant I could only manage to squeeze 2 days at the event!

Thank you to my wonderful and understanding clients who I've had to re-arrange, it really means alot to have had your support in enabling me to take the work at the ToB 🚴🏼‍♂️🇬🇧. I'm very grateful.

I'll be working as soigneur / sports massage therapist for Team Storck-MRW Bau and am very much looking forward to heading up there!
