Three treatments. Three very different jobs.
One of the biggest mistakes we see with skin is choosing a treatment because it's currently trending rather than because it's actually appropriate.
Here's the simplest way of looking at Lily's initial menu…
✨ Dermaplaning: think surface smoothness and that beautifully polished finish.
🧪 Chemical Peels: controlled exfoliation selected according to your skin and what we're trying to improve.
🩹 Microneedling: a more advanced option when we're looking at longer-term skin quality and concerns such as texture and the appearance of scarring.
And no - the most intensive treatment isn't automatically the “best”.
The best starting point is the one that makes sense for your skin.

A glow is lovely. But what if you want to work on the quality of the skin itself?
This is where treatments such as microneedling come in.
Rather than thinking of microneedling as simply another facial, we look at it as part of a longer-term skin plan for the right client.
By creating controlled micro-channels within the skin, microneedling is designed to support the skin's natural renewal processes.
It's commonly considered when we're looking at concerns such as:
✨ Skin texture
✨ The appearance of acne scarring
✨ Fine lines
✨ Uneven skin quality
✨ Overall skin rejuvenation
And something we really want to change at Heaven Sent is the idea that stronger automatically means better.
It doesn't.
Sometimes microneedling will be appropriate. Sometimes a peel makes more sense. Sometimes we'd start much more simply.

After training in Australia, Emily spent 4 years living and working there, perfecting her craft and building her experience in the beauty industry.
