JH BEAUTY — THE FINAL CHAPTER 🤍

It’s honestly so surreal writing this, but my last working day of JH Beauty will be Saturday 19th December. 🥺

When I started JH Beauty, I never could have imagined where it would take me. From doing my very first clients, to growing my little business, meeting so many amazing people, being trusted with brides and their special days, and creating memories that I’ll genuinely never forget. 🤍

There have been so many highs, so many lessons, and so many moments where I’ve looked around and thought, “I actually did this.” 🥹

JH Beauty has been such a huge part of my life this past 2 years, and although I know it’s the right time for me to step away and move onto a new chapter, that definitely doesn’t make saying goodbye any easier.

I want everyone to know that this doesn’t necessarily mean goodbye forever, just goodbye for now. 🤍 Who knows what the future holds, but for now, I feel it’s the right decision for me and my family, and I’m ready to see what other opportunities come my way. 🫶🏻

I’m so unbelievably grateful to every single person who has ever booked in with me, supported my business, recommended me, shared my posts, liked my work, trusted me with their faces, their brows, lashes, makeup and especially their big days. 🤍

You’ve all played a part in making JH Beauty what it has become, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

So, what exactly is gel dye? 👇🏼

Gel dye is a type of brow tint that stains both the brow hairs AND the skin underneath. This creates a fuller, more defined appearance and can give the brows a soft, filled-in look almost like you’ve used a brow pencil or powder! ✨

It’s perfect if you have sparse areas, gaps or lighter brows and want your brows to look fuller and more defined without having to fill them in every day.

3RD TIME’S THE CHARM!!

This lash lift is a special one because it’s my mum, Jaki! 🥰

Jaki has EXTREMELY stubborn lashes that naturally point downwards below a 90° angle… She’s tried lash lifts at other places before, but unfortunately, they wouldn’t stay lifted and would drop almost instantly!

So we decided I’d take on the challenge… 😂

1st attempt.. Safe to say, i failed miserably! 😬🙈

2nd attempt.. I changed things up and used a different lash shield. The results still weren’t quite what we wanted, so we knew we needed to try something completely different.

Fast forward 12 weeks and it was time for Jaki’s 3rd lash lift…

This time, we went straight in with the lash rod and LOOK AT THESE RESULTS! 🔥

Finally, we got that beautiful lift we had been trying to achieve! 🥹
It just goes to show that sometimes it takes a little trial and error to find the right technique and tools for stubborn lashes. Every set of lashes is completely different!

I’m SO happy with this result and very glad I didn’t give up on my mum’s lashes! 😂🫶🏻
