Thank you to everyone who came last night to my sound bath, such a lovely energy ✨️
The gong is a powerful instrument that can evoke different emotions in each of us. It facilitates in emotional release, which can help dissolve any stored tension or negative thought patterns. The vibrations of the gong speak to you, if you listen......and are willing to let go! The vibrations stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system that help you to release these held emotions, these held emotions can be sadness, anger or anxiety or sometimes you can feel nothing. Feeling and letting you body go to the vibrations of the gong can help bring a sense of peace after a sound bath, although it may take a few to get that release, healing yourself can take time
My personal experience from when i went to my 1st sound bath 5yrs ago, I couldn't (or didn't) know how to relax or release to enable the gongs and instruments to 'do their work'. It took about 4/5 sessions before I finally let go, my ego was in control, once i stopped listening to my ego, i was able to relax enough to enjoy the sound bath - since then i have been to a few all night pujas and love how i feel in the morning 💚

If you would like to experience the energies of the gong, please do i would love to hold space for you in my group sound baths, alternatively I do sonic vibroacoustic massage in my treatment room, using specially made bowls to massage you (clothed) and surround you in sound at the same time......utterly magical! 💫
