Leah’s appointments aren’t available through the booking system. She is available Tuesdays, Thursdays and one saturday a month # # #

“Erm… why have I got little bumps?!” 👀
They might look a bit scary, but these little goosebump like bumps can be an expected response to laser hair removal!
The fancy name? Perifollicular oedema.
In normal language? Temporary swelling around the hair follicles.
Laser heats the follicles, and those little bumps can be a positive sign that they’re responding to treatment.
But this isn’t a competition for the bumpiest legs!
More bumps don’t mean better results, and no bumps doesn’t mean it hasn’t worked. Everyone’s skin reacts differently 🤍
They will usually settle within a few hours to a few days. Follow your aftercare, and if you notice blistering, significant pain or anything getting worse rather than calming down, please get in touch.

16 years ago today… my very first day at college! 🥹
Just a nervous young girl in her brand new beauty uniform, with absolutely no idea where this journey would take her.
Fast-forward to today: I’ve been working in the beauty industry for 15 years and have owned my beautiful salon, Before & After, for the past 7½ years 🤍
There have been plenty of long days, late nights, hard work, learning and growing along the way but I’m incredibly proud of everything I’ve achieved and the business I’ve built.
I think the girl in this photo would be pretty proud of how far she’s come 🥹✨
And yes… the pose was giving fully qualified before I’d even started 😂
Here’s to 16 years since it all began! 🥂

A little walkthrough of the space I’ve created. Something I never planned, but now couldn’t imagine my life without.
Built from nothing but hard work, determination and a genuine love for making women feel good about themselves. Every corner has a little piece of me in it and I’m so proud of how far Before & After has come.
Turns out, the life you never planned can become the one you’re most proud of.
But most importantly, thank you for choosing me. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or have only recently walked through my door, I genuinely wouldn’t be here without every single one of you 🤎

I’m going away in November and appointments are already filling up, with December looking busy too! Please make sure you book in advance to avoid missing out.
I’ll also have lots of my own festive plans with Maia, so once my Christmas appointments are gone, they’re gone I won’t be adding any extra dates or hours this year 🎄✨
