I spend half my day telling people to spread their cheeks and lift their bits… and the other half in my most soothing voice telling you to breathe, relax and let me look after you! 🖤

I’m professional, I promise… but sometimes my ADHD brain and my mouth are fighting for first place! 😂

I wanted to share this little moment because this is genuinely what my waxing treatments are like. We laugh, we have banter and there’s absolutely no judgement.

Whether you wax, shave or leave your lady garden to grow wild, looking after yourself is YOUR choice.

Days off look a little different around here. 😂🍂

Woke up feeling like absolute s**t, so cancelled my day to rest.

Rest? Yeah, apparently my brain didn’t get that memo.

10-mile walk, a bit of nature, fresh air, cleared some headspace, then off to buy half the fruit and veg aisle.

Home to make soup, chicken broth, fire c***r and enough immunity boosters to open my own bloody health shop. 😂

People often ask how I regulate my own nervous system when I spend my days helping everyone else relax.

Well, this is it. Movement, nature, cooking, a bit of silence and doing whatever feels good.

I’m still learning that slowing down doesn’t always mean sitting still.

Although with this lurgy coming, I probably should! 😂

Anyway, who’s got any old-school remedies? I’m all ears. 🖤

Girls, can we normalise this?

60 minutes every four weeks where Mum gets to switch off.

We laugh, put the world to rights, lashes done, brows done… and she gets an hour where nobody needs anything from her.

And all the while, her daughter is watching Mum make time for herself.

Now look who’s getting her brows done too. 🥹😂

They’re always watching, girls. Show them looking after yourself is normal.

My client is a busy human.
Work. Life. Everyone needing something.

So once a month, she has 90 minutes that are hers.

Signature brows.
Lash treatment.
Phone down.
Eyes closed.

Free lash nap included. 😴

Then she gets up with fresh brows, perfect lashes and one less thing to think about for the rest of the month.

90 minutes out of an entire month…

AND you get to nap?

AND wake up looking put together?

That’s basically free.

Summer’s done its thing. Our skin’s had the sun, our bodies have carried us through another season and some of us are running on bloody fumes.

So this month we’re SHEDDING.

🍂 Shed the dead summer skin.
💧 Put the hydration back.
👐 Release the tension you’ve been carrying.
🧖‍♂️ Look after the bits you normally neglect.
🤍 And take some actual time for YOU.

Think full-body scrubs.
Seasonal facials.
Hot oils.
Massage.
Lymphatic drainage.
Hands & feet.
Waxing — including intimate care for women AND men.

And can we normalise looking after your intimate areas because they belong to YOU — not because you’re going on holiday, going on a date or doing it for somebody else.
