✨ My journey into manifesting didn’t begin in Barcelona…

It actually began when I was 19, when I borrowed my first books from the library by Norman Vincent Peale. I became fascinated by the power of positive thinking and the idea that the way we think can influence the way we experience our lives.

That curiosity stayed with me and evolved over the years, deepened through my learning and my almost 30-year association with WALA and Dr.Hauschka, and through the teachings of Steiner and Anthroposophy.

For me, manifesting isn’t about simply wishing for something and waiting for it to appear. It’s about being present. Being conscious of our thoughts, our actions and the energy we bring to what we do.

This is something I’ve always brought into my treatments. When I’m working with a client or teaching, my focus is completely on them — listening, observing and responding to what they need in that moment. I’m fully immersed in creating the best experience I can.

I believe clients feel that presence. It creates a sense of calm, safety, relaxation and space to heal.

And the beautiful thing is that being present isn’t something reserved for meditation, retreats or manifesting courses. We can practise it in the simplest everyday moments — making a cup of tea, walking, working, talking to someone, or simply taking a breath and coming back to ourselves.

Of course, I’m human. Sometimes life takes over. Thoughts race, emotions wobble and I become momentarily off-centre too. But years of creating this grounded framework have taught me that I don’t have to stay there.

I can notice it. Acknowledge it. Allow myself to wobble… and then gently come back to centre.

Because we can’t control everything that happens to us.

But we can learn to choose how we respond, where we place our attention, and how we find our way back to balance. 🤍

And perhaps that, for me, is where the real magic of manifesting begins. ✨

If you’re new here, I’m Elaine.

I’m a holistic therapist, skin health specialist, homeopath, Face Yoga teacher and educator — with 40 years’ experience in beauty, skincare and wellbeing.

I’m also Dr.Hauschka UK’s training manager, sharing my knowledge with professional therapists, and I’m passionate about helping people understand their skin and wellbeing rather than simply covering up the problem or buying another product.
