Pregnancy is such a special time, but it can be exhausting too. Your body is changing, everything can start to ache, and sometimes you just want to feel comfortable in your own body again.

My Pregnancy Massage Ritual is your time to switch off.
You’ll be comfortably supported, tucked into warm towels and given time to simply rest while I ease those tired, heavy areas and help your whole body soften.

No rushing. No feeling like you need to be anywhere else.
Just a warm, quiet space where somebody is looking after you for a change.

Monday Skin Reset 🤍

I speak to so many clients who have a bathroom full of skincare but still aren't really sure what their skin actually needs.

And that's why, with Advanced Skin, I don't believe in jumping straight into the strongest treatment or following the latest trend.

I want to understand your skin first.
What are you seeing? What's bothering you? What are you already using? And what is your skin actually ready for?

Then we make a plan — whether that's professional skin treatments, peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling or simply starting gently and building from there.

Progressively, not aggressively.

The Reset 🍂

Sometimes you can feel that you need to stop before you've even realised how much you've been carrying.

Your shoulders are up around your ears, your head is full, you're tired… and you just want someone else to take over for a little while.

That's the feeling I had in mind when I created The Reset.

90 minutes where you can come in, get warm, switch off and let everything else wait.

From the little rituals at the beginning, through warm, comforting touch and those quiet moments where you realise you've finally stopped thinking about what you need to do next… it's all about bringing you back down again.

And when your treatment finishes, I'm not going to rush you out of the door. There's time to wake slowly, get cosy in the chair and enjoy your final touch before heading back into the world.
