This weekend I have been on the most amazing course. Sound practitioner training. Sounds baths incoming. 🤞

As part of the course I had to facilitate my own 20 minute sound bath. I was so nervous but once I started playing everyone just faded away. So amazing the beauty of sound.

I will keep you posted as I grow my skills.
