🤎 Everybody knows me for waxing… but there’s another side to The Skin Boutique that I absolutely love.

Facials. And not just any facials.

Before waxing became such a big part of my business, I trained in traditional beauty therapy, holistic treatments and a variety of massage techniques, including sports massage.

Unfortunately, arthritis in my thumb meant saying goodbye to full-body massage. My poor thumb certainly wouldn’t thank me for another three-hour Ayurvedic massage! 😂

But I can still bring so much of that training and experience into my facials, and I absolutely love doing them.

Now that I’m settled into my permanent little salon at Yew Tree Farm, I’ve recreated everything I adored about my old salon, only bigger, better and even cosier.

A beautiful little hideaway tucked beneath the trees, overlooking the garden. Warm, peaceful and completely private.

And this is where my facials are a little different.

I’m not an aesthetics clinic. I’m a traditional beauty therapist who loves combining beautiful skincare with holistic relaxation techniques.

I still offer advanced treatments, including microneedling and dermaplaning, but these indulgent facials are something different.

They’re about caring for your skin while giving you permission to completely switch off.

No rushing. No clinical atmosphere. Just warmth, comfort, beautiful skincare and a little bit of being looked after.

Sometimes an hour in a warm little hideaway, with someone taking care of you, is exactly what you need. 🤎
