Hi, my name is Gillian, and this is my sparkly new business Waxville Beauty. For a long time I've dreamed of having my own business and doing something that I love, that I'm passionate about. It was during this time that I decided to leave my career in the hotel industry and pursue my dream. So, that's what I did, I left my job and went back to college! Whilst I trained I worked at a local car dealership on weekends and juggled college, work and my most important role, being a mum. In 2016 I completed my course and started working in a local beauty salon which was a fantastic learning experience. Then in the summer of 2017 the opportunity arose to start my own business and I jumped at the chance. I love doing nails, waxing, facials, but most of all I love meeting people and making them look and feel great.
