Whilst sports massage will always be a big part of what I do, qualifying as a physiotherapist has opened up the opportunity to offer so much more. Rebound will now provide injury assessments led by a qualified physiotherapist, alongside sports massage, with a bigger focus on understanding your injury, supporting your recovery and helping you get back to doing what you love.

And don’t worry, things aren’t changing completely, Rebound will remain fully mobile, bringing treatments directly to you🚗

Welcome to Rebound Injury & Recovery💗

Hi, for those of you who don’t know me, my name is Amy! After two years working as a mobile sports massage therapist, I decided to take a little step back whilst I finished university… but now I’m so excited to finally share what’s next!👀🤍

For those of you who don’t know me, or don’t remember (I kind of gave up on social media for a while… sorry 🥲), I’m a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with over two years of experience since qualifying.

During that time, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work at major events such as the Great North Run (and of course, I’ll be back again this year!) alongside working closely with my amazing rugby team and several women’s football teams!

And now for the biggest bit of news…👀

I’ve officially secured my first job as a Physiotherapist!🩺🦴

After years of studying, placements, exams, early mornings, late nights and everything in between, I’m so excited to finally start my career as a qualified Physiotherapist.

BUT… don’t worry, sports massage isn’t going anywhere!👀

Alongside working full-time as a Physiotherapist, I’ll be continuing to offer mobile sports massage on a reduced, part-time basis. My availability will naturally be more limited than before, but I’m really excited to continue working with the amazing people, teams and athletes who have supported me throughout the last couple of years!

One thing I definitely haven’t done enough over the years is shout about what I do. I’ve been incredibly lucky that word of mouth has kept me busy, between pitch side work and mobile sports massages, but with this new chapter beginning, I’m ready to start putting myself and my work out there a little more.

So… here’s to the next chapter, keep an eye out to see what it may be👀🤍
