Holly Vigars Sports Therapy

✨ Welcome Maddy! 🎉

📢 Big news — please welcome Maddy to the team!

We’re so excited to announce Maddy is joining Holly Vigars Sports Therapy as our newest therapist, starting Monday 19th October! 💪

Many of you may already know Maddy — she completed her university placement hours right here with us, so she’s already a familiar face around the clinic! We’ve loved having her with us and are absolutely delighted she’s now joining the team full-time.

Maddy is also working alongside Sandal RUFC as the Senior Men’s 2nd Team Lead — we know how much that experience will bring to her work with us too! 💙🤍

Here’s a little from Maddy about why she loves what she does:

“From a young age, I have been heavily involved in sport, particularly dance and gymnastics. Through my own experiences, as well as those of my teammates, I developed a strong interest in sports injuries and the processes involved in recovery and rehabilitation.

I’ve always been fascinated by the mechanisms behind injuries and how targeted rehabilitation can help people return to the activities they love. This passion has continued throughout my studies and into my career, where I’m now fortunate to support a wide range of individuals with their recovery — whether their injury is sport-related or impacting them in their everyday life and occupation.

What I enjoy most about my role is being able to work closely with each individual, understand their goals, and help them progress throughout their rehabilitation journey. Seeing someone regain confidence, strength and function, and ultimately return to doing what they love, is what makes the role so rewarding.”

We can’t wait for you to see Maddy again in her new role! Appointments are available to book on Fresha with her from Monday 19th 📩
