What an amazing wedding fair today tutbury_castle Tutbury Castle Weddings! It was so lovely to meet lots of lovely brides and suppliers. Everything I have received so far since being a part of lorealistar 😍 I am so lucky and grateful for all of these products! Your wedding makeup (and hair) can be whatever YOU want! Read that again! 👀 Now it seems a crazy thing to say, but the amount of times that I hear “I normally do this, but that’s not very bridal” or “I’ve been told I should do this for my makeup so it looks good for photos”…. BUT have you actually asked yourself if that’s something you want to do.. or is it just conforming to the “idea” of what is suitable for a wedding. Times are changing and it’s about being yourself.
Now I ALWAYS advocate brides to look and feel like themselves. Usually this comes with a more natural approach to the style, however I love it when a bride wants to amp it up a little. Whether it’s opting for that red lip because that’s your signature style; having the funkiest hair accessory because you’ve loved them for years; or going for your hair down because that’s what you actually like (not conforming to an updo because Aunty Brenda told you that brides wear their hair up 😂!)… IT’S YOUR WEDDING! So be yourself and let’s curate a style that reflects you for your special day 🤍
