✨ More opportunities to learn The Wave in 2027.
With just two places now remaining for our November training day in Richmond, I've been looking ahead to next year and am so happy to be able to share some new dates with you.
I love teaching The Wave in small groups. It gives us time to slow down, explore the work together, ask questions and really experience the sequence, both through receiving it and learning to offer it.
If you've been feeling drawn to The Wave but can't join me on 29 November, there will be several opportunities to come and learn with me in 2027, including dates in Wales, London and Cornwall.
I'll also be teaching Level 2 for those who have already completed their Level 1 training and would like to explore the work further.
I've started a waiting list for each of these dates, so if one feels right for you, please do get in touch and I'll happily add your name.
And if you would prefer to learn with me one-to-one, I also offer personalised training in Monmouth, Wales.
I'm really looking forward to sharing more of this beautiful work with you. 🤍
🌿 The Wave – Somatic Practitioner Training
For breathworkers, therapists, bodyworkers and teachers who feel drawn to bringing this gentle, body-led approach into their existing practice.
Just send me a message if you'd like to know more, join a waiting list or have a conversation about which training might be right for you.
✨ The Wave is coming to Richmond this November.
One of the things I love most about teaching The Wave is watching practitioners begin to feel the sequence for themselves.
There is something quite beautiful about moving from understanding the work in theory to experiencing it through your own hands.
On Sunday 29 November, I will be welcoming a small group of practitioners to Richmond, Surrey, for a full day of learning, experiencing and practising The Wave together.
The training begins with online learning, which you can access as soon as you book. This gives you time to explore the teachings, understand the sequence and begin to absorb the principles behind the work, all at your own pace.
When we meet in person, we can then give our attention to the practical experience. You will receive The Wave, practise offering it and have time to ask questions, explore the movements and begin to find your own confidence with the sequence.
If you are already working as a breathworker, therapist, bodyworker or teacher, and feel drawn to bringing a gentler, more somatic approach into your practice, I would love to share this work with you.
🌿 The Wave – Somatic Practitioner Training
Sunday 29 November | Richmond, Surrey
Investment: £550
Bookings close: 15 November, allowing time to complete the online learning before our practical day.
There are just 2 places remaining.
If something about The Wave speaks to you, please do send me a message. I am always happy to have a conversation about the training and whether it feels right for you and the work you already do. 🤍
There is something about coming to the heart centre that naturally asks us to slow down.
In The Wave, we don’t move through a sequence simply because one movement follows another. There is attention beneath it. Where the hands come to rest. How we arrive there. The quality of the touch. The pause. And what we notice in the person beneath our hands.
This moment is part of the sequence we explore in The Wave.
You can watch it online. You can read about the intention behind it. But there comes a point when the learning needs to move out of the screen and into the body.
That is why receiving The Wave is such an important part of the practical training.
When you experience the work for yourself, you begin to understand things that are difficult to teach in words, what a steady hand communicates, how long a pause can be, how the rhythm feels and why the pace matters.
Then we practise together.
I demonstrate, you try, we pause and talk about what you notice, and you try again.
There is space to be new at it. There is no rush to get it “right”.
I love that moment when something a practitioner has studied begins to become something their hands understand. 🌿
The Wave
Somatic breathwork training for practitioners and therapists.
29th November | Richmond, Surrey

I wanted the learning to begin before we meet in person.
Inside The Wave course, you can take your time with the videos and manual. You can return to a section, watch a movement again, or sit with an idea until it begins to make sense in your own body.
We explore the thinking and care beneath the work: touch, consent, the breath, the nervous system and the shape of the sequence.
The online theory gives us a shared foundation. Then, when we come together for the practical training, there is room to feel it, try it, ask questions and learn through the hands.
This is a little glimpse inside the course that awaits you.

There is something very special about receiving a message like this before we have even stepped into the room together. 🤍
This was sent to me as a voice note by one of the practitioners preparing for the last practical day of The Wave.
I put a great deal of care into the online learning that comes before we meet. I want you to have time to listen, learn, revisit things and begin to absorb the principles behind The Wave at your own pace.
It means that when we come together for the practical day, we can spend our time experiencing the work. Practising, asking questions, noticing, refining and learning through the body rather than trying to take in lots of new information all at once.
So hearing that the pre-learning already felt comprehensive and valuable before the practical day had even begun meant a great deal to me.
And I particularly loved hearing, “It’s the best training I’ve done in a long while.” Thank you. 🌿
The next practical training for The Wave is on 29th November in Richmond, Surrey, and there are now just 2 places remaining.
You don’t have to wait until November to begin. As soon as you book, I can give you access to the online learning, giving you plenty of time to listen, learn and absorb the teachings before we meet for our full day of practice together.
✨ The Wave
Somatic breathwork training for breathwork practitioners, therapists and bodyworkers.
If you feel drawn to join me, I’d love to welcome you.
There is something very simple about breathing together.
I rest one hand gently on the belly and invite my client to take five slow, clearing breaths with me.
I am not asking anything of their body. I am simply meeting them there.
As we breathe together, I am listening. To the movement beneath my hand. To the rhythm of their breath. To the subtle changes that begin to happen when we give the body a little time and attention.
For me, this is where the relationship begins.
Before we move into the breathwork, there is this quiet moment of arriving together.
It is such a small part of The Wave, but an important one. We are not rushing towards the work. This is the work.

✨ Only 2 places left for The Wave in November.
If you have been thinking about joining me, there is still plenty of time to begin.
As soon as you book your place, you can have access to the online learning and start making your way through it in your own time.
There is no need to rush. You can listen, learn, revisit and allow the teachings of The Wave to settle before we meet in Richmond.
Then, on 29th November, we come together for a full day of hands-on practice.
This is where we take what you have been learning and bring it into the body. You will have time to practise the sequence, experience it for yourself, ask questions and develop your confidence with my support throughout the day.
I keep these trainings intentionally small so that there is time and space for everyone.
There are now just 3 places remaining for November.

When you watch The Wave, it can look very simple.
A hand resting on the body. A gentle rocking movement. A pause that lasts a little longer than you might expect.
But there is a great deal of listening happening in those moments.
I am noticing the breath beneath my hand. Feeling where the body is holding. Paying attention to whether my pace feels welcome, and whether something begins to change.
I don't need to make the body do anything. I want to give it enough time to tell me what it needs.
That quiet conversation is at the heart of The Wave.

Is The Wave for you?
I developed this training for established practitioners who already hold space for others and want to deepen the way they prepare a client for the work that follows.
It may be particularly relevant if you are a:
✨Breathwork facilitator
✨ Bodywork or massage therapist
✨ Somatic practitioner
✨ Yoga teacher
✨ Practitioner working with embodied or nervous-system-aware approaches
You do not need to arrive already knowing the sequence. That is what the online learning and practical training are for.
You do need an appropriate existing professional practice, a respect for consent and boundaries, and a willingness to slow down and listen to the body.
The Wave is not simply another technique to perform. It is a way of meeting the person in front of you before asking their body to go deeper.
The next practical training takes place on 29 November 2026.
Message me if you would like to explore whether it is right for your practice ✨

If you already work closely with people’s bodies, you may know this moment.
A client comes to you for breathwork, bodywork or movement. You have a beautiful practice to offer them, but you can feel that they need a little time before they are ready to receive it.
The Wave grew from that moment 🌊
I created the training for practitioners who want to bring more care and attention to the beginning of their sessions. Breathworkers, therapists, bodyworkers and teachers who are curious about what becomes possible when we slow down and meet the body first.
If you recognise that moment in your own work, I would love to share The Wave with you.
