I think my brain is just tired. 🤍

Tired from grief, tired from trauma, tired from trying to process everything that’s happened and tired from still having to keep life moving at the same time.

I’ve noticed lately that I’m more forgetful, I muddle my words, struggle to get them out sometimes, zone out mid-conversation and there are days where I just don’t have the energy to talk.

I know I have a lot going on at the moment and I’m tired ALL the time, so I think my brain is just completely overwhelmed.

I’m still working, still showing up, still doing all the things I need to do… I’m just doing them with a much heavier head and heart at the moment.

Grief doesn’t end when the funeral does.
For me, I think I’m only just beginning to process it all. 🤍

So if I’m a little quieter than usual, please know it’s never you. I’m just finding my way through.
