✨ A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS ✨

I completely understand that sometimes life happens and appointments may need to be changed. However, I kindly ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

As a small, home-based salon, my appointments are my income. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice or missed altogether, it can be very difficult to fill that space with another client , meaning both time and income are lost.

There may also be other clients waiting for an appointment who could have taken that time if it had been made available sooner. 🤍

My cancellation & no-show policy:

📌 Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.

📌 No-shows will also be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment, I will send you a payment link for the full treatment cost, which must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Any future appointments already booked in will be cancelled unless full payment is made.

I really do appreciate that unexpected things can happen, and I will always try to be as understanding as possible. ❤️

Please remember that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Giving me plenty of notice allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone else.

Can you message me with what you want done and your availability. It will save a lot of back and forth and I can get you in the diary quicker :)

Just a little reminder of the salon policy.

In just two weeks I’ve had 4 late cancellations/no shows. I’m fully booked most weeks and turning clients away. These appointments could have gone to someone who actually wanted them.

I really don’t want to introduce deposits but it may be the only option going forward.
