💛 A little reminder about cancellations & appointments 💛

As a small business, every appointment matters. When a last-minute cancellation or no-show happens, it can have a bigger impact than you might realise. That appointment time has been reserved especially for you, and at short notice it can be very difficult to offer that space to someone else.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change — I really do appreciate that ❤️

However, to help protect my time and my small business, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place.

✨ My cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment — no charge.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, but before the day of the appointment — 50% of the appointment fee will be payable.

• Cancellations made on the day of your appointment — 100% of the appointment fee will be payable.

• No-shows will also be charged at 100%.

I don’t want to start taking deposits for appointments, and I’d much rather continue to work on trust and understanding with my clients. Keeping to the cancellation policy helps me do that while also protecting my business and allowing me to continue providing the service you love. 💕

Please note that failure to comply with this cancellation policy may result in all future appointments being cancelled. I really hope this is never necessary and I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 💖
