Today is the day! It is time to bring the jars inside and blend the oils together with gold to create Royal Golden Oil again. The hot, sunny summer did its job — this beautiful bloody‑red colour of St John’s Wort flower oil says it all. It will be very potent again. It seems each year I make more, as so many people find it useful and helpful with joint and bone problems. As every year, a big part of this batch will go to my in‑laws in Poland. Thanks to this oil, my father‑in‑law avoided a hip replacement operation a few years ago. It also sped up my daughter’s recovery process after she broke her spine. It has a special place in my natural home apothecary.

We were looking for Amanitas but found nice batch of fresh turkey tail instead! 🥰
