A holistic therapy practice in Lawley Village, Telford, specialising in womens massage, health and wellness. I’m Janine, a fully qualified Holistic Therapy Practitioner of over 10 years, with comprehensive client and practitioner insurance and accreditation with The Guild of Holistic Therapists.

I specialise in womens massage, health and wellbeing. I recognised during my years as a Massage Therapist that wellbeing is intrinsically linked to our mental health, our physical body, and how we feel about ourselves as women. I trained further as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Adviser, Meditation Teacher and Pilates Teacher (click here to see about Holistic Health Coaching) to add to my massage skills and help my clients feel more alive and vibrant. I also have a huge love of the benefits of Yoga and balance in life.

So many women tell me the same thing: some days they don't recognise their own moods. One day steady, the next a storm — and no obvious reason why.
Hormones move through us like weather systems, and the Aromatherapy Hormone Balancing Massage is one of the ways I help clients ride that more gently. Clary sage works to ease stress and soften the discomfort that can come with your cycle or menopause, while geranium brings a steadying, emotionally balancing quality alongside it.
It's not a fix — hormones aren't something to fix. But it's an hour where your body gets real support, real touch, and real permission to just be in whatever season it's currently moving through.
Book your Aromatherapy Hormone Balancing Massage and give your body some steadiness.

Here's a self-care practice that costs nothing and takes less time than your kettle takes to boil.
Sit somewhere quiet. Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Breathe in slowly for a count of four, hold for four, and let it out for six — longer on the exhale than the inhale, which is what actually tells your nervous system to settle. Do this for just five rounds.
It sounds almost too simple to matter. But in a body that's been running on autopilot, this small pause is enough to remind it: I am safe, I am here, I can slow down.
Try it today, especially if the week ahead feels full.

Every knot, every tight shoulder, every shallow breath — your body keeps a record of everything you've carried, even the things your mind has moved past.
Massage doesn't just feel good (though it really does). It tells your nervous system, in a language it understands, that it's safe to let go. Circulation improves. Stress hormones ease. Endorphins rise. And for an hour, you get to simply be held, rather than holding everything together yourself.
I offer a range of massage therapies at Light Harmony — from deeply relaxing to targeted and therapeutic — so we can find exactly what your body is asking for right now.
Book your massage today and give your body the pause it deserves.

Tomorrow the sky goes dark — the New Moon rises unseen, and with it comes one of my favourite invitations of the whole lunar cycle: the chance to begin again.
Where the Full Moon asks us to release, the New Moon asks something softer — what do you want to plant? Not loudly, not all at once. Just a quiet intention, tucked into the dark like a seed into autumn soil, trusting it to find its own time to grow.
This month, as the Hunter's Moon approaches and the veil between seasons grows thin, I'm using this New Moon to set intentions around rest — allowing myself the slower rhythm that October asks for, rather than fighting it.
What might you plant in the dark tonight?

There's a reason chamomile has soothed for centuries — it's a plant that seems to understand exactly what an overwhelmed nervous system needs.
Its essential oil carries that same gentle wisdom: calming to a racing mind, softening to tension held in the jaw and shoulders, and grounding for anyone whose sleep has been restless as the nights draw in. It's an oil I return to again and again with clients who tell me they "can't switch off."
A drop on a pillow, in a diffuser, or blended into your massage oil — chamomile doesn't shout for attention. It simply holds you, the way a good cup of tea does at the end of a long day.
Ask me about incorporating chamomile into your next treatment.

Autumn asks us to let go of what we no longer need — and so does Flexible Cupping.
This gentle, modern take on an ancient practice uses soft silicone cups to draw out what's stagnant: tension held in the shoulders, sluggish circulation, the low hum of "I'm just tired" that so many of us carry without naming it.
As the cups glide and release along the back, they encourage lymphatic drainage, ease stubborn knots, and invite fresh blood flow back into tissue that's been holding on too tight. I often find clients leave lighter — not just in body, but in spirit too.
If your shoulders have been carrying the weight of the season, this one's for you.
Book your Flexible Cupping session today — full body, back & shoulders, or as part of an express facial.

As the evenings draw in earlier now, this week's self-care practice is a small ritual to help you properly wind down before bed.
An hour before sleep, dim the lights and swap your screen for something calmer - a book, some gentle stretching, or simply sitting with a warm drink. Rub a drop of lavender oil between your palms, cup them over your nose and take a few slow breaths in. This simple act signals to your nervous system that the day is done, and it's safe to rest.
Small, repeated rituals like this train your body to switch off more easily over time - far more effectively than willing yourself to sleep ever does.

I understand why massage can feel like the first thing to drop off the list when life gets busy - it's easy to file it under 'nice to have' rather than 'necessary'. But I'd gently challenge that.
Chronic tension doesn't just sit quietly in your shoulders - over time it affects sleep, mood, digestion and how well your body copes with everyday stress. Regular massage helps interrupt that build-up before it snowballs, supporting your body's ability to rest, repair and regulate itself. It's preventative care as much as it is relaxation.
Think of it less as squeezing in an indulgence, and more as maintaining the one body you'll ever have.

Yarrow has been used by healers for thousands of years - folklore even credits her to Achilles, staunching his soldiers' wounds on the battlefield. Whatever the truth of the legend, she's long been valued as a powerful ally for the skin and the emotions alike.
In aromatherapy, yarrow is prized for her balancing, almost protective quality - she's wonderful worked into treatments for sensitive or irritated skin, and she has a grounding effect on the emotions too, helping to steady you when feelings run high or boundaries feel thin. Her scent is deep, herbaceous and a little bittersweet, quite unlike the softer florals many people expect.
She's not an oil I use lightly, but when the moment calls for her, nothing else quite compares.

Pregnancy asks a great deal of a body - aching backs, tired hips, swollen feet and hormones that seem to have a mind of their own are all simply part of the journey. My Pregnancy Massage is designed to offer a little relief, and a lot of proper rest.
Suitable from 16 weeks, this treatment is tailored entirely to you and your changing shape, using bolsters and cushions to keep you fully comfortable throughout. Gentle, considered techniques help ease muscle discomfort, support circulation and calm the nervous system - all of which can also help ease anxiety and support better sleep as your due date approaches.
It's a full body treatment lasting around 55 minutes, or a shorter back, neck and shoulder session if that suits you better.
