IMPORTANT: APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Please be aware that our appointment cancellation policy is included in our Terms & Conditions and applies to all appointments.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before your scheduled time via the app, free of charge.

Any cancellation made within 4 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments/no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

We completely understand that unexpected things can happen. However, when an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, we are often unable to offer that time to another client. We still have staff, premises and business costs to cover, regardless of whether an appointment is attended.

For this reason, we cannot waive the fee for late cancellations or no-shows, and the full appointment amount will be charged in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

We really appreciate your understanding and ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend.

Just a little heads-up for anyone with an appointment with us tomorrow! ❤️

There is a **protest taking place in Tamworth town centre**, which means there will be **road closures and disruption around the town**, and there will also be a **police presence**.

👉 **WE ARE STILL OPEN AS USUAL** and all appointments will be going ahead unless we contact you directly.

However, please **allow plenty of extra time for your journey** as getting into and around town may take longer than usual. 🚗

If you’d rather avoid the disruption altogether, we completely understand — **please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel or rearrange your appointment.**

Please don’t leave it until the last minute if you think the road closures may affect you! ❤️

Arthur has been coming to us since the very beginning of our Sensory Sundays back in February 2025, and WOW, what a journey we’ve been on together! ✂️
