Today was a DAY 😭😂
Stressed. Drained. Running on empty… and somewhere amongst the chaos I completely forgot to take Rachel’s before photo. 🤦🏼‍♀️

But then I finished this… and honestly?

WHO NEEDS A BEFORE?! 😍🔥

Just look at that blonde! 👀

It’s giving expensive blonde without the harshness — soft, bright, dimensional and ridiculously pretty.

Rachel’s hair was the perfect way to end a rubbish day… because sometimes you just need to step back, look at your work and think:

“Yep. I did that.” 🥹🤍

No problem.

Just a little reminder regarding my cancellation policy 🤍

As most of you know, being self employed is my full time job and my only source of income. Behind every appointment, I’ve already invested time, preparation and money into products to make sure you receive the best possible results.

I always choose quality over cutting corners, and with the cost of products and living continually rising, missed appointments have a huge impact on my business, my income and ultimately my family life too.

Please understand this isn’t a hobby or side hustle for me, it’s what pays my mortgage, bills and helps me provide for my family.
Because of this, my cancellation policy is in place to protect my time and business:

• 48 hours notice or less = 50% charge
• 24 hours notice or less = 100% charge
• No shows = full appointment charge.

I truly appreciate every single client who supports my business, respects my time and understands why these policies are necessary 🤍

A proper clean-up around the sides, some shape back through the top and a good bit of beard tidying too…

Some hair appointments are just a little more special than others… and this one was definitely one of them. ❤️

We started the journey of bringing back some brightness, softness and gorgeous dimension — and just look at that transformation! ✨

But behind this hair appointment is a little piece of my heart.

We may have lost my Dad, and there will always be a part of our lives that feels different without him… but when you lose someone, you don't have to lose everyone they brought into your life too. ❤️

She became my stepmum because of Dad, but she became family because of everything that came after.

And that will never change.

Whatever life throws at us, she will always have me — and I'll always have her. ❤️

Dad may not be here to see us, but I know he'd be proud that we're still looking after each other.

And if I'm going to have my beautiful stepmum in my chair… you can bet I'm going to make sure she leaves feeling every bit as beautiful as she is. ✨
