A little reminder that The Co.Lab operates a ZERO-TOLERANCE cancellation policy.
48 hours’ notice: 50% charge.
12 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% charge.
Outstanding cancellation fee? No further appointments will be accepted until your balance is settled.
Our time is valuable, our bills don’t stop, and an empty chair means lost income.
We understand life happens, but please respect the time and livelihood of our self-employed professionals.
