🚨 My 2027 diary is filling up fast! Please let me know sooner rather than later if you would like to book any entertainment sessions in ❤️
My singing therapy sessions aren’t just about singing! We also work on co-ordination, memory, confidence and happiness ❤️ Mary & Betty are having a great time but they are also learning a little dance routine, using their long term and short memory to remember lyrics and actions and having lots of fun while doing it ❤️

Absolutely loved singing at Akari Care - Charlton Court this morning! We had a lovely time ❤️
Had such a fab morning singing at DDOT at the Alexandra Centre, Sunderland Royal Hospital. ❤️ it’s such a special place to sing and I absolutely love meeting different people every time I go there! I love hearing everyone’s stories and memories ❤️
Music is so powerful for people living with dementia but visual cues can also be a great way of bringing back memories. I always dress in a 1940s/ 1950s style when I sing in care homes. It sparks conversation about how a certain dress reminds them of when they would go dancing or a hairstyle reminds them of a relative/ friend ❤️
