Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨

Hi lovely clients 💕 Just a little reminder regarding appointments.

I completely understand that sometimes things come up and appointments need to be changed. However, when an appointment is missed without notice, it means that time could have been offered to another client.

Going forward, a charge will be made for appointments that are missed without prior notice (no-shows). This charge will be 50% up to 48hrs before appointment of the appointment and 100% of the appointment within 24hrs of the said appointment and will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give me as much notice as possible so I have the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.

Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time and small business. I really appreciate every one of you and your continued support 🤍✨
