Today is World Mental Health Day 🤍

I wanted to remind you that I completely understand how it feels when your skin isn’t where you want it to be. It can feel really isolating, especially when it starts to affect how you feel about yourself.

So whether it’s your skin or something else that’s weighing on you, I want you to know that when you’re in my chair, there’s nothing we can’t talk about.

A problem shared really is a problem halved, and whatever is shared in my treatment room stays in my treatment room.

So which one does your skin need?

The answer isn’t always one or the other.

It depends on your skin concerns, the condition of your skin and what we’re actually trying to achieve with your treatment.

Sometimes that means red light. Sometimes blue. And sometimes, a combination of both.
