I’ve owned Pure for 17 years, and I still question myself everything all the time. Am I making the right decisions? Am I doing enough? Is everyone happy? How can we be better for our clients?
I love what I do, and I’m proud of what we’ve built. But there are hard days alongside the lovely ones, and I think it’s okay to say that out loud.
I run a business, its not all sunshine and rainbows but it is reality and theres always 2 sides to every coin 🤍
