Cancellation/Changes to appointments Policy
Cancellations or Changes to appointments!! Please be aware as your appointment has been personally reserved for you, therefore I kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or to make any changes to treatment. All Cancellations/Changes without 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, No show appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost
Repeat Cancellations will result in a deposit being taken on future bookings
All charges must be paid prior to future appointment. I decided not to change my prices in this difficult times to make it more affordable for my clients so I therefore can't afford to waiver the charges resulting in loss of earnings.
