Ready to jump for a good cause? ⭐

Through the David Lloyd Clubs Together Foundation, we’re helping children who face some of the greatest barriers to being active. Our Move Together and Swim Together programmes help more children get moving, build confidence and learn to swim.

This October, we’re raising vital funds with our Star Jumps Challenge and we’d love you to get involved.

The challenge is simple: complete 1,000 star jumps throughout October, either on your own, as a family or as a team. Seated, classic or extra explosive – every jump counts!

By taking part and fundraising, you’ll be helping us reach even more children through our programmes.

Speak to a member of the Reception team to sign up and start fundraising.

We’re delighted to introduce Spirit Breathwork, a beautiful new practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create a little more space within.

Join Debbie on Saturday 2nd October at 12:45pm for our very first Spirit Breathwork experience.

Through intentional breath and guided techniques, you’ll be invited to soften the noise of everyday life, settle your nervous system and gently shift out of that constantly switched-on state.

To celebrate our launch, we’ll continue the experience with a relaxed brunch in the Clubroom, with pastries, seasonal fruit and fresh fruit juice for all attendees.

Bookings open Thursday 24th September at 12:45pm.
And if you can’t make our launch, Spirit Breathwork will become part of our regular weekly timetable at every Saturday at 12:45pm, giving you the opportunity to make this beautiful pause part of your weekly ritual.
