If you’re new here — HI 👋🏼 I’m Roxy, the face behind Restore & Flow. By day, I’m an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Director. By night, I’m a massage therapist. Somewhere in between, I’m a mum, animal/zoo keeper, aerial hoop enthusiast and professional over-thinker. 😂 But Restore & Flow isn’t just about massage. It’s about YOU. 🤍 It’s about having an hour where nobody needs anything from you. A chance to switch off, breathe, feel cared for and reconnect with yourself. I’ve always believed in complementary and holistic therapy — the power of touch, human connection and the difference that feeling genuinely cared for can make. My professional background is in cancer care, specifically blood cancers, and I’ve seen first-hand how therapeutic interventions can support wellbeing alongside medical care. I am also a Clinical Director in a hospice, and I’m incredibly proud of what I do. Caring for people and their families through some of the hardest moments of their lives has taught me something very important: Life is precious. And looking after yourself matters. 🤍 I’m navigating some challenges of my own, and it made me realise I wanted to create something for ME too. Something meaningful. Something I could be proud of. Something that helps other people feel good. And that’s how Restore & Flow was born. ✨ Outside of work, I’m mum to two amazing boys 👦🏼👦🏼, surrounded by a complete zoo 🐾🤣 and lucky to have an incredible circle around me. You’ll find me hanging upside down on an aerial hoop 🤸🏼‍♀️, hiking 🥾, attempting mountains while questioning my life choices ⛰️, Spas, eating out 🍝 and planning my next holiday ✈️. But most importantly… I LOVE PEOPLE. ❤️ I can’t wait to meet you, hear your stories and create a space where you can just BE.
