WHY I STOPPED TRIMMING HAIRS ON A BROW LAMI

Trimming hairs on a brow lami cuts the brows short and makes the brows look much more harsh on the face. Lamination is supposed to give definition, new shape and frame the face perfectly - trimming the hairs takes away from this and creates a jagged look to the brows.

Of course if the clients preference is to have them trimmed I would trim them lightly at the ends however I no longer trim them down as much as I would a basic wax&tint service

Ps can we just appreciate the difference in lamination quality between pictures… same client… years apart 😍

I always recommend having your brows done 2 days before sun exposure to avoid potential grazes from the wax & sunburn because let me promise you- you don’t want sunburnt brows after a wax 🥲

Sun exposure & actives in your skincare should be avoided at least 5 days before brow treatment
