This week, we’re getting everything ready for our TWO-DAY BREAST CANCER NOW CHARITY EVENT at The Waxing Station, Stalybridge! 💞

We’ll be open and working as normal, but these two special days are all about coming together to raise awareness and as much money as possible for Breast Cancer Now. 💖

Breast cancer has affected so many people in my life. I’ve seen the fear, the fight, the strength and the hope that comes with a diagnosis. Sadly, I’ve also lost close friends to this horrible ‘C’. 💔

For the past 32 years, I’ve supported various charities, and this is another way I can give something back and help make a difference. Every donation, no matter how big or small, means so much. 🙏🏼💗

🎀 HOW YOU CAN HELP! 🎀

I’m looking for kind donations of anything suitable for our event, including:

I have some gorgeous nail sets worth £40 that I’m selling for just £15 EACH! Every penny raised will go to Breast Cancer Now.

I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the prizes that you kindly collected and donated for the REU Ball.

It was an incredible night. There was so much love and compassion for the charity in the room. It was a wonderful event! I hope you and your guests enjoyed it!

I wanted to let you know that to date we have raised £42,969.53 profit! It is an fantastic amount and completely down to the generosity of people in the room and beyond and special companies such as yours.

As you know as well as the income on the night we asked guests to pledge their support in a number of ways. We were thrilled to get over 40 people pledging to take part in a further event or activity for us such as the Great Manchester Run, Peak District Ultra Challenge, Tour of Tameside and our 2027 Reuben’s Retreat golf day.

Thank you again for your lovely prizes! Please do pass my thanks on to all the generous clients that donated. You are such a fantastic supporter of Reuben’s Retreat and I absolutely love working with you.
