What an absolute joy this lady is! Full of fun, personality and always ready for her next adventure. ๐ฅฐ
Sylvia already has one of her wigs ready for those fabulous skiing trips โท๏ธโ๏ธ, but this time she popped in to find something perfect for a very different climateโฆ summer in the Mediterranean! โ๏ธ๐
The plan? Morning swim in the Mediterranean Sea, out of the water, pop on her gorgeous new style and sheโs ready to get on with her day. No hours spent drying and styling her own hair just shake, pop it on and off she goes! ๐

Gently steaming a conditioner or hair mask into the hair can help the treatment work more effectively, leaving the wig feeling softer, smoother and easier to manage.
Keep the steam gentle, avoid the lace and knots, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Never use this method on a synthetic wig unless the manufacturer confirms itโs heat-safe.

A fringe can soften the face, disguise a worn or unnatural-looking hairline and completely change how the wig sits. This before and after shows just how much difference one careful cut can make.

Did you know I almost always recommend starting with a wig that hasn't had a fringe cut in at the manufacturing stage?
Hereโs why: because the wigs I supply are beautifully hand-tied, the hair moves and pivots completely naturally. This means when you take your piece to your hairdresser, they can pull the hair forward and custom-cut a fringe that perfectly frames your unique face shape. Whether you're after a soft curtain bang, a wispy sweeping fringe, or some face-framing layers, having a stylist cut it in personally gives a much more bespoke, realistic finish than a factory cut! โจ
The only exception? If you love a really heavy, full block fringe. In that case, cutting one in from scratch can sometimes borrow a bit too much hair from the sides of the wig. For those super full fringes, I usually recommend opting for one that's designed that way from the start so you keep all that lovely density exactly where you need it.

This wonderful client came in recently after having a procedure.
Her hair had been thinning, her scalp was still tender and healing (you can see her post-op dressing in the 'before' photo), and she just wanted to ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐น ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ ๐น๐ถ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐.
