As a Nail Tech…

I always recommend between 3-4 weeks for my clients infills. By this time the natural nail has grown out which pushes the apex further forward on the nail, in turn this needs correcting and rebuilding to ensure the nail is supported as it should be.
Waiting over 4 weeks can increase breakages and stress to the nail.

The goal is maintaining what works for you and everyone’s nails grow at different speeds.
