Teenagers in Saunas? 🔥

We love them! We really encourage families to bring their children, but to The Original Elie Seaside Sauna, as a family. In our shared sauna The Harbourmaster Sauna, for safeguarding reasons, we have an age restriction of 16 years old.Alex

However, we still want you to feel comfortable bringing your teenagers with you. So, we have created Family Sauna Sessions in our new Harbourmaster Sauna Elie Seaside Sauna 🔥

These ‘Bring A Teenager’ sessions invite families, or friends, with children in their group aged 12-16, to bring them with them. We want to make it clear to anyone looking to book a sauna session that means that they are with adults only, to avoid booking these sessions 🛑

We have scheduled 11.00am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as ‘Bring a Teenager’, or Family sessions. We are unsure of when best to schedule these sessions, so, if there is a time that better suits you, please give us some feedback, in the comments below! 👇🏻

We believe that saunas are for everyone and we want youngsters growing up not just enjoying, but loving saunas!

So, if you would like to book one of these sessions, please go to our booking page and select ‘Family Session’. Please note, by teenager, we mean 12-16 year olds. No younger.

On Saturday April 11th and Sunday April 12th, Saints Sport is hosting the annual Saints Coastal Regatta supported by Scottish Rowing and British Rowing! The event will take place on East Sands in front of the East Sands Leisure Centre 📍

Spectators will enjoy 🆓 entry to watch racing across both days!

📅Saturday's event will feature beach sprints, a brand new Olympics sport making its debut at LA2028. St. Andrews is a British Rowing accredited Great British Sprint Performance Development Academy, in partnership with Scottish Rowing. Fast, sharp, and dynamic, our first day promises exciting races filled with potential future Olympic talent!

📅Sunday will offer coastal endurance races, longer distance racing along the St. Andrews coastline.

Not only will spectators be able to enjoy racing, but the spectators village will also include Surf's Up - St Andrews Beach Cafe & Juice Bar, St. Andrews Seaside Sauna, drinks provided by St Andrews Brewing Co., and a DJ! Come enjoy the perfect beach atmosphere and an incredible display of rowing talent!
