Updated Salon Policies effective from today (3/7/2026).
When you book an appointment, we hold that time especially for you and when we get a no show, not only do we lose out on the cost of that appointment, but another client also misses out on an appointment that they could have had.
As we are all self employed at Northernroots, a no show also massively affects our wages.
We ask that you please let us know in good time if you can’t make your appointment and as always thankyou to all our amazing clients for your understanding ♥️
