An extremities massage is designed to take the weight off your limbs and ground your nervous system. From text-fatigued thumbs to tired arches, I help melt the tension away so you leave feeling completely weightless.

This treatment is also good for "I don't like being touched" kinda people. Where the thought of having your whole back out might be off putting.
This treatment is for YOU!
40 minutes or an hour is the perfect time slot for, Extremities Massage.
And be done on my couch or in your favourite chair.

Give your foundation a break. ✨

Intuitive Bodywork is a personalised, responsive massage treatment tailored to your body on the day. Rather than following a set routine, some therapist try just get through your treatment, trust me, Iv worked in enough spas to know.
Time cut short.
TLC nowhere to be seen.

My sessions are guided by
Your individual needs,
Areas of tension,
How your body responds throughout the treatment.
Your mental state.

Little extra details include,
Inhalations and breath work with essential oils.
Face masks, heated or silk.
I only use the best oils for your skin. In addition to that if your my regular I also tailor oils to needs. Might go into that on another day. I will also be adding additional things I provide.

I'm simply stripping back this page. No nonsense. No fluff. No bum cheeks.
