If you cancel the dentist last minute, you’re charged.
Cancel a hotel room last minute? You’re charged.
Cancel a flight last minute? You’re charged.

We are a small business, and if we can’t fill your appointment due to such short notice, it has a huge impact on us.

Your appointment time is set aside just for you, which is why we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.

✨ Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the fee will be charged.
✨ No-show: Up to 100% of the fee may be charged.

We completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans change. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we have the best chance of filling your appointment.
